For our Circuit, TRX and Spin classes you will need to bring water and a sweat towel, and for your safety appropriate footwear.
We also recommend wearing sunscreen or a hat for our Refresh outdoor classes.
At re:ab we encourage you to take Spinning at your own pace. Working at 'your' perceived rate of exertion our instructors are here to motivate you to work to your optimum. Re-Ab also offers Spinlates for those who wish to squeeze both interval training and pilates into one fun filled hour.
re:ab's circuit classes are designed for all fitness and strength levels. If you are worried that you won't be able to keep up there are always the Beginners classes which offer a slower tempo. Both classes are small in size and operate under the careful eye of our trainers emphasising correct form with appropriate resistance.
