Foundation Circuit
This new class is designed for anyone keen to try circuit who might feel unconfident joining a regular circuit class. It is also a great addition to those already coming to circuit who want an extra class in their week.
All the basic circuit moves and positions will be covered: deadlifts, lunges, squats with dumbbells and kettlebells added to build strength.

Teen Strength & Conditioning Tuesday and Thursday at 4.30pm for 45 minutes. Classes will be small so that instructors can focus on good alignment and posture and will include a mix of cardio and core and conditioning. Classes will start with cardiovascular fitness, before moving onto strength training. They will also include an abdominal and core work component and we will use a variety of props to add balance and stability challenges. Enjoy !
