Mel chose a career in physiotherapy because he is fascinated by the human body and has always had a keen interest in sports and exercise. Mel’s passion for physiotherapy continues to grow as he loves the reward of helping his clients achieve their goals.
Damian has gained extensive experience both in New Zealand and the UK in a variety of hospitals and private practices over the last 29 years.
Pia D’Ambros is Polestar Pilates New Zealand Mat & Reformer trained. Pia is a passionate, experienced Pilates coach that loves making every class different and new.
My passion is strength and conditioning. Currently, in my second year of AUT’s Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science,
Hosanna completed her Reformer and Mat training with Polestar Pilates. Her background is in classical ballet, completing her professional training at New Zealand School of Dance in 2017 and dancing professionally in freelance projects ever since. She first discovered pilates at the age of 13 when rehabilitating from an injury, since then she has used pilates in her own personal practice as a way to cross train to strengthen and improve her dance performance.
