Elaine is a qualified yoga and Pilates teacher who enjoys teaching classes that combine playful sequencing with mindful movement. Practicing yoga and Pilates on and off for more than 30 years, Elaine completed her 200hr Vinyasa yoga training in 2020. This was followed by further teacher trainings in Reformer Pilates, HIIT Pilates, and Yin yoga.
Elaine is currently completing a second Reformer Pilates qualification with Polestar New Zealand. After several years combining teaching classes with her corporate career, Elaine left the corporate world to teach Pilates and yoga full time. She firmly believes that movement such as Pilates and yoga fosters a strong mind-body connection that not only helps us to connect with ourselves, but also assists us to navigate life’s challenges and spark energy.
Claudia is a qualified Pilates Instructor, Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist. Claudia gained her initial pilates qualification with BASI Pilates and, being a Yoga teacher already, it supported her in improving the quality of the pilates classes she teaches.
Rachael graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. She has particular interest in postural patterning, spine pain, hip dysfunction and mobility focused rehab.
