We are dialing down the volumeand turning up the intensity in this work out. We will start with a solid 15minute warm up, followed by 15 minutes of peak power training, then finish with15 minutes of mobility work.

You will be out of breath! You will find it challenging.

But you will love the results!

Teen Strength & Conditioning Tuesday and Thursday at 4.30pm for 45 minutes. Classes will be small so that instructors can focus on good alignment and posture and will include a mix of cardio and core and conditioning. Classes will start with cardiovascular fitness, before moving onto strength training. They will also include an abdominal and core work component and we will use a variety of props to add balance and stability challenges. Enjoy !
