Anna-Maree started her fitness journey as a Group Fitness Instructor at Les Mills Auckland City where she instructed HIIT and Spin classes alongside running a successful personal training business.
Anna-Maree has gone on to work within F45 for a number of years, and most recently as the Studio Manager at STRONG Pilates. She enjoys Crossfit style training and loves blending high intensity strength and conditioning training with pilates. Alongside her work in health and fitness she is also a professional actor, working in various New Zealand screen and stage productions. Anna-Maree is passionate about the mental health benefits of exercise and loves to challenge people to reach their full potential.
Shania is a certified mat pilates instructor and currently plays in the premier league for football in Auckland. She is enthusiastic and committed to helping you reach your health and fitness goals. She will be taking our teen classes, Pilates:Fit and spin. Welcome Shania!
