Our post natal friendly classes are reformer based pilates classes suitable for everyone. These classes will cover a mixed reformer repertoire with lots of modifications for different ability levels, in particular variations for our post natal clients. However, they are absolutely suitable for general clients too - our instructors will adapt the class to suit the participants. If you are a post natal client, you must have received sign off from your Lead Maternity Carer before attending this class.

Teen Strength & Conditioning

Teen Strength & Conditioning Tuesday and Thursday at 4.30pm for 45 minutes. Classes will be small so that instructors can focus on good alignment and posture and will include a mix of cardio and core and conditioning. Classes will start with cardiovascular fitness, before moving onto strength training. They will also include an abdominal and core work component and we will use a variety of props to add balance and stability challenges. Enjoy !
