My passion is strength and conditioning. Currently, in my second year of AUT’s Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, I’ve also spent the last two years working as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and gym instructor.
Using a holistic approach to training, I utilize a goal-based training style that aims to help people maximize the time they have while training.
I believe the best results come when you’re feeling happy and confident so keeping energy and inspiration levels high is one of my keys for long-term success.
Rachael graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. She has particular interest in postural patterning, spine pain, hip dysfunction and mobility focused rehab.
Shania is a certified mat pilates instructor and currently plays in the premier league for football in Auckland. She is enthusiastic and committed to helping you reach your health and fitness goals. She will be taking our teen classes, Pilates:Fit and spin. Welcome Shania!
