This is a chance for you to get outside and have some exercise for you and your baby. We will meet at re:ab and walk together to Grey Lynn Park. When we are there, we will do exercises which will incorporate the weight element of your baby and your stroller. All exercise will be low impact, body weight exercises following a pilates style of Bootcamp helping to strengthen and tone. We will take theraband and loops with us to add variety. Clearance by your Lead Maternity Carer and Women's Health Physio is essential for this Bootcamp.
Teen Strength & Conditioning Tuesday and Thursday at 4.30pm for 45 minutes. Classes will be small so that instructors can focus on good alignment and posture and will include a mix of cardio and core and conditioning. Classes will start with cardiovascular fitness, before moving onto strength training. They will also include an abdominal and core work component and we will use a variety of props to add balance and stability challenges. Enjoy !
