Shoulder Class

The shoulder class with Mel has been incredibly beneficial to my overall Pilates practice. I’ve always had one weak shoulder, prone to pulled muscles and general weakness. One shoulder (my non dominant one) has always ‘sat’ that bit higher than the other.

I am now beginning to ‘even out’ the strength in both arms and shoulders and l can also visualise where I need to improve my back strength (ie how to target specific back/shoulder muscles.) I can feel the improvement week by week. It’s also great for posture.

Mel is a patient and knowledgeable teacher. Excellent class!
