Melanie joined reab earlier this year and has made a big impact at reab with her enthusiasm, honesty and sense of humour.
As a new client to pilates, she moved from intro sessions to beginners classes and is now works confidently in general level classes. Mel has added circuit to her fitness routine, regularly attending the foundation circuit class where she has felt comfortable progressing from 2kg weights to 6kgs and more. She's 'even' braved general level circuit classes and given the battle ropes a go.
Mel has really committed to her fitness, coming to a range of classes throughout the week and weekend depending on her schedule.
We love Mel's questions, the joy it brings her when her favourite circuit exercise is in the class, and her reticence to do a plank, even though she's actually very good at them now.
