Sue always arrives with a smile; works extremely hard in a variety of classes; and because of her attitude has seen excellent results.
Sue combines her personal training sessions with pilates group classes. Instructors have noticed improvements in her strength, flexibility, posture, body shape and muscle tone.
She has worked carefully through injuries and remained committed and focused to her well-being for a couple of years now. We also love Sue's holistic approach to her exercise regime. Keeping fit and healthy supports Sue's outdoor pursuits. She is always cycling, tramping or diving and really makes exercise a lifestyle. It's fun and motivating having her as part of our team.
