A dynamic class mixing pilates and interval training to strengthen and tone your body while increasing cardio endurance. The main body of this class will have an interval structure where you will work on a selection of targeted full body exercises for a set time. This is the perfect class for those short on time wanting to add a bit more fitness to their pilates workout.
Low impact options will be given which makes the class suitable for all fitness levels.

Teen Strength & Conditioning Tuesday and Thursday at 4.30pm for 45 minutes. Classes will be small so that instructors can focus on good alignment and posture and will include a mix of cardio and core and conditioning. Classes will start with cardiovascular fitness, before moving onto strength training. They will also include an abdominal and core work component and we will use a variety of props to add balance and stability challenges. Enjoy !
