Jane is a certified pilates instructor with Body Control UK and Polestar International; she also holds a Total Barre Instructor and Spinning® Instructor Certification. As Head of Pilates at re:ab she runs inservice sessions with the pilates team and regularly attends courses and workshops to keep at the forefront of trends and developments in the pilates sector.
Whether your goal is improved strength and tone, elevating your sports performance or giving yourself a physical and mental "deep breath" for an hour a week, teaming up with a personal trainer brings the focus back to you.
Debbie is a qualified Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates Instructor and Breathing Educator, loving the integration for rehabilitation and conditioning. She has a postgraduate diploma in physiotherapy and acupuncture. Debbie is trained in lymphoedema/chronic oedema management, ' Lymphoedema Therapist (Foldi/Klose, FG-MLD), BradCliff Breathing Physio (Level 1&2)and previously delivered Steel Pilates rehabilitation. Debbie has worked with Ponsonby, Auckland and South Auckland rugby league teams & assisted at North Harbour Club netball with physiotherapy and sports massage.

Molly graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland in 2017 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.
After graduating Molly worked as a rotational Physiotherapist for 2 years within NHS Ayrshire and Arran. She gained a variety of experience with patients with varying health conditions within both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Following this she successfully became a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, now having over 3 years experience with Musculoskeletal injuries.
Sue has always had an interest in Health and Fitness and has taught aerobics for many years. She is enjoying working in a caring and positive environment. She is passionate about helping others whether they are clients or staff.
Amanda has been teaching pilates for more than 20years. She was trained in the UK and taught for over 5 years in London, working with the teacher training studios of Body Control Pilates UK and Pilates BodyEurope. Amanda has also taught in Cape Town where she started developing and teaching pilates training courses before moving back to New Zealand in 2008.
Damian has gained extensive experience both in New Zealand and the UK in a variety of hospitals and private practices over the last 29 years.
Kirsty graduated in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh in 2006. Since qualifying Kirsty gained extensive Physiotherapy experience in the UK.
Pia D’Ambros is Polestar Pilates New Zealand Mat & Reformer trained. Pia is a passionate, experienced Pilates coach that loves making every class different and new.
My passion is strength and conditioning. Currently, in my second year of AUT’s Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science,
Jeremy's goal is for the everyday person to improve their overall health and fitness while still enjoying themselves.
Shania is a certified mat pilates instructor and currently plays in the premier league for football in Auckland. She is enthusiastic and committed to helping you reach your health and fitness goals. She will be taking our teen classes, Pilates:Fit and spin. Welcome Shania!
