Molly graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland in 2017 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.
After graduating Molly worked as a rotational Physiotherapist for 2 years within NHS Ayrshire and Arran. She gained a variety of experience with patients with varying health conditions within both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Following this she successfully became a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, now having over 3 years experience with Musculoskeletal injuries.
Molly has also worked with club rugby for 3 seasons, therefore has experience in the management of sports related injuries and return to play rehabilitation. She ran her own pilates business back in Scotland, is an APPI certified instructor and has been teaching for 4 years.
Molly is passionate about sharing her knowledge on this low impact form of exercise and enjoys combining both her Physiotherapy and pilates knowledge into rehabilitation programmes for her patients.
Molly is a very outgoing individual who regularly runs, cycles and enjoys weight training at the gym. She loves sharing her passion for a healthy mind and body, and helping individuals achieve their movement goals and progress within their fitness journeys.
Shania is a certified mat pilates instructor and currently plays in the premier league for football in Auckland. She is enthusiastic and committed to helping you reach your health and fitness goals. She will be taking our teen classes, Pilates:Fit and spin. Welcome Shania!
