HELENE TAYLOR
MNZSP, PAANZ
Principal Physiotherapist
Helene has 16 years experience in private practice utilising manual therapy, massage and acupuncture in treatment sessions. She has been involved with sports teams at a local level throughout her career and is currently the physiotherapist for the Auckland U19 netball team.
KEREN WHITE
Practice Manager
Before joining reab, Keren worked for 10 years at a private physiotherapy / spinal clinic in Epsom as a sole charge P.A. This involved liaising with ACC, Doctors, Surgeons and the practice's client base.
Keren started at re:ab in late 2004 and deals with all administration matters including liaising with ACC and other referrers, putting in place all appointments, running the studio and generally being camp mum to us all!
KIRSTY GREGG
BFA, AUT and Poliquin Certified Personal Trainer
As a personal trainer, Kirsty Gregg keeps a constant eye on international trends when it comes to workout regimes. Kirsty works with client groups ranging from one-on-one personal training to larger classes with a focus on strength and conditioning, cardiovascular and pilates. A new mother, Kirsty also specialises in postnatal programs.

KRISTIN MORROW
Boot Camp Instructor
Kristin takes the re:ab low impact and high impact bootcamps. Kristin concentrates on correct technique and provides exercise classes for a range of fitness levels.
She is a terrific motivator and is able to make exercise adaptations to suit individual needs during her classes. She is an experienced runner herself and is the mother of three.
JEREMY
For as long as I can remember I have only ever wanted to be three things: Spiderman, an Accountant and a Fitness Industry Leader.
In combining all my three passions, I have developed my own training style. To incorporate variety I teach as part of a progressive system. In boot camp I include all aspects of an active lifestyle with flexibility, cardiovascular, core, reactive and resistance training a central philosophy.
I aim for training where you come back next time fitter stronger, faster, more flexible and looking and feeling great!
SARAH COLEMAN
BSc (Physiotherapy)
Since graduating in 2009, Sarah has become a certified Stott Pilates Mat Instructor and completed a Masters in Research, investigating the influence of feedback in exercise motivation and adherence. Sarah has worked as the team physiotherapist with junior squads at various international hockey tournaments and has completed a number of postgraduate courses in the areas of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.
ORLA BARRY
BSc (Physiotherapy)
Orla graduated from University College Dublin, Ireland in 2009 and has been working in private practice in New Zealand ever since. Orla utilises massage, manual therapy, exercise prescription and pilates to treat patients. More recently, Orla has gained qualifications in Dry Needling. She has experience working with sports teams in both Ireland and New Zealand, but is currently focusing on expanding the class timetable at re:ab. Orla is one of our pilates instructors and also takes some circuits, spin:lates and cardio:pilates classes. As our class, timetable and membership manager (feel free to insert jazzier title!!!), Orla is dedicated to meeting the needs of all our clients. She works late nights, and weekends for both physiotherapy appointments, and pilates.
Orla is dedicated to the re:ab philosophy and often partakes in the early morning circuits at the studio or a spin class on the weekend! When she isn't at re:ab (which is rare) Orla enjoys catching up with friends, going out to dinner and baking delicious treats!
