pregnancy and post natal exercise
Having a baby is one of the most exciting and rewarding things you will do in your life. But, it can also have a major impact on your body.
During pregnancy, you go through a cascade of physical changes, from loosening of the ligaments in your hips and pelvis, to changes in your centre of gravity. Your muscles get stretched and weakened and your joints are placed under more stress.
These changes can predispose you to injuries of the lower back and neck, hips, knees and shoulders, as well as bladder problems.
But don't panic! The team at re:ab is expert at working with women who have had babies. In many cases, our clients feel stronger and in better shape after having their babies than they did before.
re:ab can help rebalance and strengthen your body again. We target your weaknesses for faster and more effective results.
