Cancellation
Times at re:ab are at a premium. We will try our best to fill your appointment from our waiting list if you are unable to attend, but if that is not possible a cancellation fee will apply. There will be no charge if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance. If you cancel between 24 to 48 hours half the usual rate will apply. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, full payment will be required.
Specifically for reformer classes, we require a week's notice of cancellation. We have a waiting list for reformer classes and as only 4 people can attend we need to be able to have plenty of time to fill the spot. If you do cancel within the week, we will do our best to fill your spot but if we are unable to do that, payment for that class will be required.
Babies
re:ab is proud to be baby friendly and we encourage new mothers to attend our sessions. We do ask that babies are kept in prams or car seats and once they are moving, we ask that they do not come to re:ab. We have weight machines and other apparatus that can be dangerous for little fingers!
New clients
To make sure that you get the most out of your time at re:ab, we strongly recommend that you have an assessment with one of our physiotherapists before you attend any classes or mat sessions. By doing this, we can ensure that we arrange the best combination of services/ classes for you, so that you get the best possible results.
Parking
4 car parks are provided under the building with access from Picton St. Please only use these during the time you are at re:ab.
Class attendance
All our classes are booked in advance and places are at a premium. Please let us know if you cannot make classes and give us as much notice as possible so we can contact people on our waiting list.
Private classes
Trios - combination of equipment, reformer and mat
- Set fee of $100 per session.
- Booked in 6 week sessions paid in advance so that we are able to rearrange the studio to ensure you have all the equipment you need and provide you with the same instructor for that 6 week period.
Private mat classes - in the studio
- Set fee of $120 per session.
- Maximum number of 6 people in the session.
- Booked in 6 week sessions paid in advance so that we are able to rearrange the studio to ensure you have all the equipment you need and provide you with the same instructor for that 6 week period.
Private reformer classes - in the studio
- Set fee of $120 per session.
- Maximum number of 4 people in the session.
- Booked in 6 week sessions paid in advance so that we are able to rearrange the studio to ensure you have all the equipment you need and provide you with the same instructor for that 6 week period.
Private classes - out of the studio - pilates and boot camps
- Our instructor will come to your offices (or a park nearby) and provide all equipment for the class.
- Set fee of $120 per session (plus GST).
- Maximum number of 10 people in the session.
- Booked in 10 consecutive week sessions.
