"re:ab boot camp has been a great addition to my week. It provides me with a total workout and great company at the same time. My fitness level has improved tenfold thanks to the great programs and ongoing encouragement of the fabulous trainers."
Sarah - Shore Road boot camper
Kristin (boot camp trainer) absolutely rocks. - she somehow manages to motivate the 'slowies' to sprint up hills without stopping, at the same time she's challenging the 'fasties' to race to the top and beat her. She is honestly the best group trainer I've ever come across. Empathetic but assertive, sensitive to everyone's needs but pushes us to our limits, organised and varied, energetic and oh so tough!!! But please don't tell her because she'll just get even tougher!!!
(from Cathy a Cox's Bay boot camper)
I just wanted to pass on my compliments to your/my trainer, Monique. She took me for my first class back in October....I was in pain for days but I've stuck with it and have improved my fitness out of sight. We're the low impact group but she treats us like we're the high impact fitness gurus - always pushing us to do a big run at the end of the class! I am not a natural runner...and while I am still last, I can run most of the way now.
I like the fact that she will participate in the session with us...not just stand around and order us to run from here to there. She's got loads of enthusiasm and has a lovely approach to class participants.
