Helene has 16 years experience in private practice utilising manual therapy, massage and acupuncture in treatment sessions. She has been involved with sports teams at a local level throughout her career and is currently the physiotherapist for the Auckland U19 netball team.

Pauline is an experienced physiotherapist working in both public and private health care systems in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Pauline specialises in sports rehabilitation and prevention using pilates techniques. Pauline also has a special interest in women's health and oncology.

Before joining re:ab, Keren worked for 10 years at a private physiotherapy / spinal clinic in Epsom as a sole charge P.A. This involved liaising with ACC, Doctors, Surgeons and the practice's client base.

Keren started at re:ab in late 2004 and deals with all administration matters including liaising with ACC and other referrers, putting in place all appointments, running the studio and generally being camp mum to us all!

Personal Trainer, Boot-camp trainer and Pilates instructor

With a background as a personal trainer, Kirsty brings a flexible and varied exercise approach. Utilising qualifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, and Classical Pilates, she"s a strong believer in the positive benefits of a diverse exercise programme. While being results focused, Kirsty also aims to make training an enjoyable experience.

Kirsty joined Lou at re:ab in 2006 after 10 years working in a variety of roles in health and law. She now is the sole owner of re:ab as well as being on a variety of boards in her spare time. Kirsty is passionate about health and well being and providing the very best experience for all re:ab clients. She has been a re:ab client herself since its inception and loves the combination of services that re:ab is able to provide, with its expert physiotherapy, pilates classes and boot camps. She tries to 'walk the talk' and you will often see her being punished by Kirsty G or Kristin at boot camp or on the reformer in the re:ab studio. KRISTIN MORROW

KRISTIN MORROW
Boot Camp Instructor

Kristin takes the re:ab low impact and high impact bootcamps. Kristin concentrates on correct technique and provides exercise classes for a range of fitness levels.

She is a terrific motivator and is able to make exercise adaptations to suit individual needs during her classes. She is an experienced runner herself and is the mother of three.

Wesley is a fourth year physio student with a keen interest in sports performance fitness and rehabilitation. He has had three years experience working with the Auckland University's premier and under 21's rugby teams and is a dedicated cyclist and runner having completed K2 and the Taupo challenge in 2007.
