I completed my Health Sciences Diploma in Therapeutic Massage in 2008 and since then have been working in a Sports Clinic until last year when I started my own clinic. I have been predominantly working in Sports/Remedial Massage where I have worked closely with physiotherapists. I have completed several in-house courses in this time from specialised fascia release techniques, tmj work, trigger point therapy to foam roller work, swiss ball workouts, more advanced pilates mat classes and reformer techniques. I have also completed a series of training courses in clinical orthopedic manual therapy for upper extremeties, hips and back work. I also specialise in pregnancy and post-natal massage.
