Sue joined re:ab in October after 25 years at Unitec in a Customer Service and Supervisor’s role.
Sue has always had an interest in Health and Fitness and has taught aerobics for many years. She is enjoying working in a caring and positive environment. She is passionate about helping others whether they are clients or staff.
She is also physically active and is currently enjoying re:barre and is keen to try the other classes.

HEAD OF PILATES
Jane has been teaching pilates for over 10 years in both the UK and New Zealand. Over the years she has worked with a variety of clients from children to endurance athletes and led classes in retirement villages, hospitals and lawyers offices. She has used pilates in the rehearsal room with actors, opera singers and dancers; and has worked with international touring musicians prior to going on stage. Jane is committed to making sure every client has a complete movement experience for whatever their level.
DEBBIE SUMNER - HEAD OF PHYSIOTHERAPY

Debbie is a qualified Physiotherapist & Clinical Pilates Instructor and loves the integration for rehabilitation and conditioning. She has a postgraduate diploma in physiotherapy and acupuncture and is a qualified Steel Pilates Practitioner. Debbie has worked with Ponsonby, Auckland and South Auckland rugby league teams & assisted at North Harbour Club netball with physiotherapy and sports massage. Prior to physio, Debbie completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Sports & Exercise Science at Auckland University and was teaching at her own branch as a qualified ballet teacher until 2009. Debbie enjoys performing arts, as well as a good game of rugby.

With the clear minded expertise that comes from a decade as a results-focused personal trainer, Kirsty Gregg is an exceptional member of our team. Her in-house Studio takes an upbeat, evidence-based approach to training, putting her in demand as a trainer for one-on-one clients and larger groups.

Damian graduated in Physiotherapy from Otago in 1991. He has gained extensive experience in a variety of private practices over the last 25 years, both in New Zealand and the UK. Damian established his own successful practice within Auckland in 2004 which grew to include four clinics before being sold in 2014, he has completed his postgraduate diploma in health science in 2016 specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy with an A-grade average and received the Manipulative Therapy Association award for first in class in the musculoskeletal physiotherapy examinations.
Damian has attended numerous postgraduate courses to extend his skill base and develop new treatment strategies. This includes being qualified in the world acclaimed McKenzie Method of spinal treatment and completing his certification in advanced sports rehabilitation at the prestigious Curtin University in Australia. He is currently studying towards his Masters in Health Practice at AUT having completed his papers in biomechanics, pain and musculoskeletal physiotherapy with an A grade average.
He combines this wealth of experience with the most up-to-date research to offer treatments that will maximise your recovery in a minimum time-frame.
Damian is a current member of NZ Society of Physiotherapy, NZ Sports and Orthopaedic Association and Sports Medicine NZ.

After graduating from the University of Southampton in 2007 Rachel worked in Wales for 3 years in a variety of hospital settings and with multiple sports teams. She left Wales in 2010 and travelled for 6 months en route to NZ. She has been working in a private clinic setting as a physiotherapist, a bootcamp instructor and working with a variety of sports teams; including NZ rep netball teams and a Division 1 soccer team. She also trained in Pilates and really enjoys the way it complements rehabilitation. She feels that happiness, health and fitness are the key to achieving any goal.

Jeremy's goal is for the everyday person to improve their overall health and fitness while still enjoying themselves. He incorporates aspects of functional and cardiovascular fitness into all his classes. His personal challenge is to keep his classes fresh and entertaining with his personable style and professionalism - keeping classes upbeat and fun!

Shaan Kloet is a certified Spin instructor and Polestar Pilates instructor. Shaan has been teaching at re:ab for the past two years and loves working along side the re:ab members, helping everyone reach their goals in their own fitness journey. Shaan attends classes regularly to ensure she is able to keep up with the re:ab members and loves learning new skills. Out of re:ab Shaan is a New Zealand Musical Theatre performer and also loves spending time walking with her dog Indy! :)
KELLY KIRWAN - Personal Trainer and Exercise Consultant (NZ Institute of Health and Fitness)
Kelly is an instructor for our TRX, Bootcamp and Circuit classes. Her classes are designed to push boundaries and introduce clients to new challenges. She wants to help clients to achieve their fitness and health goals while they are having fun!
GENEVIEVE CLARK - BSc, Spin Instructor, Stott Matwork Pilates Instructor (trained - certification pending)
Genevieve is a certified Spin instructor and Stott-trained Pilates instructor. As a member of re:ab for many years she has experienced the benefits of re:ab's holistic approach to exercise and wellbeing first-hand. She believes exercise should be as enjoyable as it is challenging and really loves working with clients to achieve these goals in every class.
SARAH AYDIN - Pilates Instructor - Stott Qualified Matwork & Reformer Instructor
After sustaining a back injury, Sarah used Pilates for rehabilitation. After such success with the method, she trained with Stott Pilates in Mat & Reformer to an Advanced level. Sarah's passion is to help people become more aware of their bodies in day to day movement and see mobility as a long term journey. She believes Pilates allows you to really connect with what your body needs and loves how you can tailor movement to challenge and strengthen in a fun, controlled environment.
SHELLEY BICKERTON - Massage Therapist, Pilates Instructor & Dry Needle Practitioner
Shelley completed her Health Sciences Diploma at the New Zealand College of Massage in 2008. Her understanding of body mechanics aided her when she became a Pilates Instructor in 2010 after one-on-one training with a Clinical Pilates Specialist. She is equipped to teach both Reformer and Mat classes and continually develops her professional practice in these through further training. Her philosophy is that no matter your age or circumstances in life, you can be fitter stronger, more flexible, and healthier. This is reflected in her passion for what she does and the incredible results she gets for her clients.
EVA NAGY - Boxing:Circuit
Eva has been involved in various martial arts in 19 years, holding a black belt, and has experience in both teaching classes and competing herself. As a trainer she enjoys teaching skills and helping to take people to the next level and achieving their fitness goals.
Physiotherapist and pilates clinician
Stacey rejoins re:ab and will be taking private and physio clients. She has nine years experience in physiotherapy (private practice) and pilates, having trained to an advanced level in Clinical Pilates. She also has post graduate training in women's health from the University of Melbourne (Post Grad Certificate Exercise for Women) and has a special interest in pregnancy and post natal exercise/ issues, pelvic floor dysfunction and using pilates as a rehabilitation tool. Stacey has worked with a number of top New Zealand athletes and sports teams. She enjoys challenging clients to learn more about their bodies and how they can get the best out of them.
REBECCA DODSON - BPhty

Rebecca has over 12 years experience working as a Sports, Orthopaedic and Womens Health Physiotherapist in both NZ and the UK.
She is a Credentialled Mckenzie therapist specialising in neck, back and pelvic pain has completed extensive post graduate training in Clinical Pilates, Acupuncture , Manual therapy and Womens Health. She has a particular interest in the prevention and rehabilitation of pregnancy related back and pelvic pain, and post-natal recovery of form and fitness.

Alicia is a graduate from The New Zealand School of Dance, Wellington, majoring in contemporary and classical dance. After graduating from The NZSD and completing tertiary training Alicia has performed and travelled throughout Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand.
Alicia is still involved in teaching dance, adjudicating and tutoring seminars nationally, choreographing and teaching solo works for competitions.
Alicia is passionate about pilates, the benefits gained over the past 13 years, the strengthening and flexibility have helped her as a professional dancer. Pilates has helped maintain a fit, flexible and strong body and she hopes to inspire, motivate, and provide an enjoyable and challenging workout with an emphasis on correct alignment, posture and technique and most of all encourage you to be as passionate about Pilates and she is.
ALLY MCDONALD-BULL - Pilates & Barre Instructor
With a background in the Performing Arts Ally graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Music in Classical Performance and a Bachelor of Commerce and holds diplomas in both Musical Theatre and Clarinet. She is also a certified Wellness Coach and enjoys helping other people find a better balance in their lives through private coaching and group workshops. She became a qualified Pilates Instructor through Stability Plus Pilates in 2015 and a Total Barre internationally recognised instructor in 2017. She has experience in teaching a range of different styles including Dynamic Reformer Pilates, POP Pilates, and Hot Mat Pilates.
Ally really likes to bring variety to her classes and aims to challenge her clients in a safe environment. If Ally isn't in the studio or on a stage, you can find her heading off for a good long walk!
KENZIE ROBERTS - Receptionist and Administrator
Kenzie joined re:ab this year as the afternoon receptionist. She has worked in multiple customer service and administration jobs, most notably for Telnet Services Limited, the Career Academy, and Leto Women's Health. She is passionate about health and wellbeing, as evidenced by her study at the University of Auckland, where she has completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree majoring in Public Health. She is currently furthering her academic achievements there by working towards a Bachelor of Nursing degree. She enjoys chatting to clients, staff or anyone who comes through the door! If you cannot find her at reception, she is most likely elsewhere in the studio, working to make it sparkly clean!
KIRSTY WILKINSON - BCom/ LLB (Hons)
Kirsty joined Lou at re:ab in 2006 after 10 years working in a variety of roles in health and law. She now is the sole owner of re:ab as well as being on a variety of boards in her spare time. Kirsty is passionate about health and well being and providing the very best experience for all re:ab clients. She has been a re:ab client herself since its inception and loves the combination of services that re:ab is able to provide, with its expert physiotherapy, pilates classes and fitness classes. She tries to 'walk the talk' and you will often see her at boot camp, in re:barre or on the reformer in the re:ab studio.
