NEWS

re:ab "Orange Light" update

We are now working in the "Orange Light" framework. While some things are less stringent, you will still be required to check in using the QR code and provide your Vaccine Pass to us. We will also Covid screen you at the door and at the start of class. The Orange Light timetable is up on Mind Body so please book in as usual. We still have Zoom, outdoor and online classes available so please choose what suits you the best.

Physio is open at Orange Light. If you would like to book an appointment, please email us on info@reab.co.nz. We will confirm your appointment by phone and complete an initial screening questionnaire. We will also provide you with our Orange Light protocol by email and a final screen will take place when you attend the clinic.

Looking forward to seeing you soon
Kirsty W and the re:ab team

Member of the Month

Huge Congratulations to Member of the Month Sarndra Bell!!

Sarndra has impressed us all at re:ab for some time with her commitment and consistency to her training.
Sarndra has tried lots of different classes at re:ab, and confesses to be addicted to the app, booking 2 weeks in advance depending on her schedule.
The strength and fitness she gained at re:ab contributed to her feeling strong enough to get an E-Bike, and now she is a regular rider.
We must acknowledge that Sarndra is currently nursing an injury after a dog ran out in front of her bike. We all wish you a speedy recovery Sarndra, and know you'll be back training with us, as soon as you can.
