Kirsty Gregg Studio provides clients with fully supervised fitness programs which will maximise your results and ensure you meet your fitness goals as fast as possible. We specialise in one on one Personal Training conducted by some of New Zealand's top trainers who will work closely with you to tailor a program to your specific needs. We also offer group classes in Spin, Boxing and Studio Circuit Training which are the ideal way to mix up your training while increasing your strength and fitness in a fun yet challenging way. These programs are fantastic on their own or would be an ideal addition to your Pilates training.

Boxing circuit
Punch and kick yourself to new fitness highs with this high energy workout for all fitness levels. Reduce stress and improve your fitness, this circuit is a great way to knockout a new you!
Spin
Designed for those that want to work hard, this is a high intensity work out that still allows you take it at your own pace. Be revved up by musical classics as you increase your cardio capacity and burn major bodyfat in this hour of interval training. Unlike other spin classes, our classes are limited to 5 so there is no hiding in the back row... be prepared to sweat!
Circuit
Strengthen and tone your body fast in this 60 minute circuit that mixes weights and cardiovascular training. No experience required except the right attitude. This is the perfect class for those short on time wanting results.
