Kristin (boot camp trainer) absolutely rocks. - she somehow manages to motivate the 'slowies' to sprint up hills without stopping, at the same time she's challenging the 'fasties' to race to the top and beat her. She is honestly the best group trainer I've ever come across. Empathetic but assertive, sensitive to everyone's needs but pushes us to our limits, organised and varied, energetic and oh so tough!!! But please don't tell her because she'll just get even tougher!!! (from Cathy a Cox's Bay boot camper)
